Certainly! Sobolo is a popular hibiscus drink in many African countries. Here’s a step-by-step guide to preparing Sobolo for Debbie Global Kitchen

Ingredients

  •  2 cups dried hibiscus petals (sorrel or roselle)
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 cup of Grape juice 
  • 1 cup cucumber juice
  • 1 cup Honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup of Dried Dates Fruits 
  • Ice cubes for serving
